Uh.. Can you check on your map to see if his house is still on the map, we had the same problem when we try to move Merengue out from one town to another on Festivale and her house simply disappeared on that day, luckily we were able to retrieve her from the void pool.
EDIT: Please add Bearmoor's FC 3797-6434-1323 instead of the one in my profile, Chief will be going to Bearmoor.
