TBT means "The Bell Tree [bells]" or also known as BTB or "Bell Tree Bells"

Looking at your sidebar, you have 258 bells. Those are the TBT.

If you click on the number of bells I have, so like 59, you can type in the number of bells that you want to transfer and press submit.
