I think you have to customize the Tree standee which is a DIY you can obtain? Not sure.... Though it does have the other season so it probably is.

You can craft it from the tree standee DIY recipe that you can find from message bottles. You can customize the color of it to be a cherry blossom cut-out using the DIY workbench.

I actually might have a use for it for the first time! I got it and groaned, looking at how useless and ugly it is but now finding this information out...wowee!!

I usually would never use a tree cut out. It looks ugly imo but knowing it can be a cherry tree is gonna add a pop of cuteness to many areas of my island!

I’ve seen the tree cutouts customized to be snowy before, but I didn’t even think about cherry blossom trees being a customization option- that would look great on my pink island !
