That's true, but not everyone will pay high for them every time! Some sellers may get lucky to sell for high bells while other listing may only be offered 500k on it, it really does vary! C:

Agreed, but OP has every right to wait for a buyer that will offer what they think is fair for it. Whoever paid 2mil for the DIY must have really wanted it and there may be someone else out there who might want it just as bad. Or maybe not.

Never said they didn't LOL, was literally just saying prices fluctuate a lot generally in case they didn't get that offer and it could be for a lot of different reasonsb(time of day, popularity, etc)

Edit: I also wasn't speaking for this thread, I was speaking generally for any types of thread! this one just started so there's a lot to happen in it
