I am looking for someone that might have Chealsea's amiibo card? I have room in my town and wanted to move her in if someone would let me visit her.
 
I don't think that you can invite someone from the RV camp, unless, of course if you have her card.

You can't get sanrio villagers to move in unless you have their card, sadly. :( Sorry!
 
I think I can invite her if someone can scan her into their campsite and I can visit her. (I'm pretty sure)
