Chelsea or Etoile?

OK, so I have 10 villagers. Tomorrow, I will replace Vivian with Chai, and then the next day I can bring in Chelsea or Etoile. (I have someone whose town I can visit to get any items I want from their RV afterwards.) I only have one spot, because I'm deeply attached to the other 8 and because I don't want THREE Normals in my town (Goldie, Chelsea, and Etoile)! So here is my question: which one should I choose? Please provide an explanation for your choice- it can be long or short, but don't just put the name. Also, please both vote in the poll and leave a comment! (In other words, if you do one, then do the other as well!)

I love sheep and pastel, but for some reason I think Chelsea is just so much cuter!

People don't seem to like Chelsea as much as the other sanrios but I personally think she is so unique. I do like both of their houses equally. Etoile, she is pastel and super cute. But Chelsea is a deer with green hair, a unique face, and she has freaking bunny ears?! I don't know Chelsea will always win in my book.

etoile for sure, she has a really soft looking design. her colors go together well and she's nice to look at i'd buy her amiibo if i could since i adore her, but the cheapest i've seen for her is 18 usd

Wow! Chelsea is surprisingly popular, especially given the pricing scale [for individual Sanrio cards] commonly seen on eBay! The poll is still open, of course, but it's something that surprised me greatly!

Etoile. It makes me happy to see a sheep that isn't freaky looking in ACNL.

I think Chelsea could've been designed better.

I'd choose Chelsea as cute as the concept of Etoile's design is, i'm really that fond of sheep villagers personally. Chelsea just sticks out to me as more interesting and her colour scheme is very well done imo as i'm not one who really picks villagers who are brightly coloured or one sole bright colour. I prefer to go for more natural looking villagers and villagers that I feel like will blend with my other villagers. Also for whatever reason, Chelsea reminds me of J-Pop and I have no idea why. I don't personally listen to it myself but the thought of her listening to some J-Pop is really cute to me. She just seems like such a sweetheart, whereas with Etoile i'm a bit meh with her. I feel like we have enough normal sheep villagers as it is, but not enough deer. I think I might have to scan Chelsea in for myself actually and have her live in town LOL.

Nice. What is it about her that appeals to you over Chelsea's design? Is it her coloration, her species, her theme (Kiki and Lala), or something else? And why does Chelsea not appeal to you much? I like her colors and her hair (AND THOSE BUNNY EARS), but I understand why she might not appeal to some people.

Although I I like the idea of a deer with bunny ears, I just don't like her colour scheme and face design. I love Etoile Face and colours are adorable! If only I could get the sanrio cards

This is kind of hard for me to decide on because I flip-flop back and forth between these two a lot, but I'd go for Chelsea. I love ?toile's design, though I think the one thing that bothers me is her face, it feels a little bland and doesn't sit too well with her look overall. The rest of her is adorable, I think she is easily the most eye-catching of the Sanrio villagers. But, that being said, I think Chelsea wins me over more because of her cute little face, that bunny headband, and those pink mitts. Something about her is just more appealing all over, but I guess it's all down to personal preference.

Chelsea is cute. She's my second favorite of the sanrio set. I really like her simple but pleasant colour scheme, and I just generally like goats because of how sweet and soothing their voiceclip sounds.

Etoile... am I the only one who doesn't like Etoile... like, at all? o_o

Chelsea is a deer hahahaha. Also, I'm glad I'm not the only one who hears slight voice differences between species!

I like etoile's design better, I don't really like chelsea's green hair.

I'm not really a fan of both of them though.
