Mannequins cannot be dropped and hence another user cannot sell you one unfortunately. The game limits you to have at most 4 mannequins that must be obtained through each of the Able Sisters and Gracie.

Oh, thanks for letting me know! I feel like I just read this somewhere, but obviously I completely forgot. I do still need the other items, but I think I should wait until after my surgery lol so I'm gonna close the thread. Thanks for the info!
