I just want to say , that you don't have to have a million $$ to look Fabulous
my mom sewed me this outfit (she's a master seamstress)
I felt like a Million bucks in it :-D

Prices:
Shoes - 8$ at payless
Belt - 5$ at Discovery
skirt - 4$ worth of fabric (1 yard)
shirt - 4$ (1 yard) was laying around the house for years
2 zippers/thread - 4 $
