Chat with me while I plot reset for Muffy!

I'm plot resetting and getting v annoyed with Flurry bc she won't pick a good spot in my town (there's lots of spaces, why must you go to the one place I don't want you to go!?) So I figured I'd make a thread to chat with people while I do this!

Post any kind of plot resetting stories so I don't go crazy!

Update: Plotted Flurry and now I'm plotting Diana. Here's hoping she doesn't give me troubles like Flurry did!

Update: Diana plotted after the third try (thank god!) Now I'm plotting Wendy in the same town that Diana and Flurry are in, and I'm gonna have to plot reset for Goldie when I'm done with Wendy. Wish me luck!

Update: Wendy plotted first try! Woohoo! However with Goldie it's a different story... She's been close to plotting where I want her to but she hasn't gotten in that spot yet. Wish me luck!

Update: Finally got Goldie to plot right before I had to go to work. Now I'm plot resetting for Muffy and I get the feeling she's gonna be giving me a hard time.

Is she still being stubborn? I don't have many plot resetting stories to help pass the time, but here's one: When I adopted Apple to live in my Goblin town, she refused to plot anywhere except right next to Deli (despite there being so many other places she could go). Over and over. Thing is, Deli lives on the labyrinth side of town, and I was determined not to move any other villagers into that side of the town, so I could have more room for the labyrinth. But little Apple was even more determined that she was going to live next to Deli. And so she does.

Ugh. Well I'm still plotting Derwin after a month. But only a few times a day as I've been working my butt off the last couple of weeks. I should go back to plotting but I'm too tired. I feel like I'll accidentally load my skylark mayor not paying attn, so I think I'll wait until tomorrow.

Aw no. I only plot reset like, once. I'm also plot resetting Flurry this morning! Yay! I don't mind where she goes as long as it isn't already on my paths.

Still plot resetting? Lyman came so close, but his house was just a bit too high. I had to convince myself to keep resetting or else I would regret it Going to continue tomorrow, I'm so tired XD

Update; Still resetting for flurry this morning. I have a friend coming over who seems to be my good luck charm w/ plot resetting so I'm hoping she'll plot nicely for me this afternoon. It'd be fantastic if she plots this morning but I guess we'll see.

I give up with where she is. It's on the side of town that I want her on so that's a bonus and I think bringing a path down to her place should be easy enough. (I hope! fingers crossed!)

I'll keep this open since I'm gonna be plot resetting for a lot of villagers! I'll be sure to post pics of where she plotted when I get done work. c:

Good luck with plotting Flurry! I was plotting Marshal not too long ago, and he eventually went into the spot with around 5 tries. At one point I was going to settle for around the same spot, but just on the other side and i'm so glad I didn't omg.

Marshal is the only person I've ever had to plot reset with, I jusr kept everyone else's first spot. He continued to pick the same spot over and over again too. I settled and gave him a really ugly spot squeezed in between 2 other houses. Marshal and I are not off to a good start.

it really is tbh. I once spent a week trying to get colton to plot. He wouldn't plot where I wanted him to even tho I had this big open spot he could move into. So I settled for him moving into the side of the big open spot.

Ugh you're so lucky! I have the worst luck with plot resetting. It seems like all my villagers in Lilacbay want to just move onto the south side of town where I'm putting in my campsite or by the cliff on the left. :/

good luck with flurry! shes cute and shes queen! i have her in my town and i love her so much. i remember my flurry only took 20 minutes to plot into the spot i wanted her to.

I try not to because If I give up and they plot in a spot I don't want them to go I'll hate myself for it. I'm probably gonna try again in a few minutes and hope to god that Diana will plot nicely.

I just spent a couple of days plot resetting, not for a specific villager, but for my first random uchi move-in to go in a tolerable spot. I'll be moving her out ASAP, but I already have several villagers in spots that are going to drive me batty.

Robin is parked right outside Town Hall, Flora is right at the end of the first bridge (which I'm planning on moving a bit), and Puddles (who has the least unfortunate placement) is within spitting distance of both my house and Town Hall.

Needless to say, every uchi that tried to move in tried to move in right on top of my house. Luckily, Frita was nice enough to move in across the river from me. Here's hoping I'll have more luck moving my unwanted villagers out quickly.
