Character's Face

I know you can go into town and get a new hairdo or get the face of your Mii, but is there any way to change the face of your character? I transferred over from Wild World and my character has annoying red cheeks. She looks like a clown! I'd like to change her facial features, but can't seem to find a way.

No, sadly you can not change your face, the face you get in the beginning of the game is the one you must stick with unless you restart.
