Character Question

Is there an app either on the PC or phone where I can dress up my character with all the hair colors and clothes and eye types and skin colors along with qr code images I don't care about furniture and decorating and stuff?

I don't think so, I've never heard of it, though that sounds like a good idea to help design characters for story towns :0

I think the closest you got to animal crossing character customization is in Happy Home Designer and maybe Pocket Camp. In HHD you can change your skin tone, hair and eyes whenever you want but you need to unlock clothes/wear them at a villagers house you've already designed since you can't change your shirt at work.

I haven't played or watched pocket camp so I'm not sure how the customization is

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but there are sites that allow you to design an AC human character (fan-made). I don't believe you can use QR codes though, only the clothes offered.

There are no official dress-up AC games made by Nintendo, but maybe you'll find some use with these? Here , here and, here.

In Pocket Camp you can fully customise your character like in HHD (hair style/colour, eye type/colour, skin tone) any time and as many times as you want, just can't dress them up with qr code designs

Ah yeah that's a good point - I haven't tried Pocket Camp yet. That might work for you, Wewikk!
