Changing Avatar help!

I want to change my avatar again but I forget what I have to do and I try and I can't change it, I need help!

umm u need to go to preferences and click change avatr then remove the avatar u have now then click browse if u have saved any avatars to your pc or mac.
to save a avatar right click the picture(has to be less than 25k kb) and lci ksave picture as.... and u should c a screen that pops up just click save and there u go
