Change in Thread/Forum Read Marking Type

I have changed this to Database instead of Cookie. So it won't automatically mark threads and forums as read. Let me know if you like it better. It might make What's New / New Posts work better?

Edit: It will be marked read after 10 days. Let me know if you think a different time will work better.

... or you could totally just ignore me, leaving me here thinking what the hell this means, and then I just stare at the screen really closely, then I will get bad eyesight, then I will have to actually get glasses, then I will have wasted $300 then I will be very angry and then I will sue TBT, and then I will win and TBT will be shut down forever all because nobody explained this to me.
