Change forum time from 12 hours to 24 hours?

Is there a way to change the hour display from 12 hours to 24 hours? (from AM/PM to military time)

I just went to my time settings, and I didn't see a military time option...lemme try something else.

I just changed my device's time setting to military time, and it didn't affect the forum time. Sorry!
