Chances for black roses

Ok so I have 2 red roses and plant fertilizer near them, a gorgeous town ordinance, jacob's ladder near it so what is the chance I will get black roses. Also what are the chances for perfect peaches using fertilizer? Please tell me.

... There is a tumblr blog that does research on hybrids and flower spawns.
Fertilizer is less likely to spawn a hybrid flower when using two generic flowers compared to if you do not use fertilizer...
