Certain villagers who just won't stay put!

Portia enjoys running away in the middle of the night. Twice times now she has managed to elude my otherwise very watchful eye and escape two of my towns. Tricky little minx! This has never happened with any of my other villagers. The only other surprise move-out I had was Sitches and I was at fault for shoddy time traveling. Does anyone else have a slippery villager who likes to try and escape on you?

I haven't had that happen in New Leaf (yet), but in City Folk Apollo never would stay in any of my towns. He would always poof away with no warning. Annoying bird.

Walker did that to me when I didn't play for a week :T I really liked him at the time too, and his house placement was good. But I have other dreamies now

Every other cycle Marina would ask to move in one of my old towns. ;-; Eventually I gave her to a friend where she never even pinged him once.

YESSS. I have noticed this also and was wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I have had to keep Marina twice and am attempting a third time with her. I cannot ever win :c It hurts. I just want her in my town and I think she hates me. She is so precious but she keeps escaping, I could play every day for months and talk to her daily and the one hour I miss talking to her, she flees into the void forever :c I cannot win with her. I think we should see about making a poll or list or something to try and see if we can rate who is most likely to flee or not??? It would at the least be interesting. Especially with the higher tiered villagers :c

Olivia, Lolly and Rosie all escaped on me once before. They moved without even telling me. Now I have them back and I watch them like eagles. Well, at least the first two. Rosie can never leave my town, because she was the last to move in so she's stuck for good.

Mira, I feel like she's that uchi that goes awol in everybody's towns. Almost every town that i've been to that has Mira, she often moves out without telling them or is the first uchi to want to move out. Or she just camps out in the museum for days and nobody's really sure if she still lives in their town.
