*censored.3.0*, WHAT DO I DO?

My computer got *censored.3.0*ed up, heres what happened

This thing called "Windows NT" popped up with a countdown from 20, after the countdown it restarted my computer and when it did restart it was going extremley slow that it took maybe an hour to get to my desktop. when it did it wouldn't let me get onto the internet, Dell support center, McAfee, or Help and support.

My parents might take it to Geek Squad but until then is there anything i can do? (sorry for grammer errors, i'm on my DSi)

idk really but i read from wikipedia it's related to this thing called "Computer Idol" or something [which i saw on the windows task manager (cntrl+alt+delete)] and yes it did pop out of nowhere
