TBT is the currency used on the forums here. right now you have 52 TBT bells. you earn these bells by posting on the forums and contributing to polls and such. you can check how many TBT bells you have by clicking the 'currency' tab on the brown menu bar above.
to send bells to a user, you input their username along with how many bells you want to send to them.
i don't have celeste's bow, but i figured i'd let you know what they are at least! i hope you can find someone to sell you what you need!
