Celeste not giving zodiac DIY?

I thought the first DIY of the season is supposed to be a zodiac DIY. I never did get a Sagittarius Arrow, and the season is almost over. I've been visiting other islands but she keeps giving me wand DIY's. Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you get another zodiac DIY from her this cycle (e.g., visited a time-traveled island)?

By the way, I have an extra Sagittarius Arrow diy if you need one.
