Celeste Celeste is here but no heavy shower!

I have Celeste but not a heavy meteor shower. She is by my house if you take the warp pipe by the shops and go right. Looking for bells or tbt for tips!

EDIT: I also have Saharah. She is on the right beach near the pier.
