Buying Cavana Floor [IGM or TBT]

Hello guys, I was wondering if anyone has the cavana series flooring in their island... or, if any of you have one extra cavana floor you would be willing to sell me.

my offers are:
5 TBT or 500k IGB for the floor.
3 TBT or 300k IGB for letting me go to your island to buy it.
