Buying Cataloging or Buying Exotic Set!

I'm looking to catalog or buy the complete exotic set (including rug and wallpaper). I was supposed to get it from someone off of GameFaqs but they never came through.

I just started a new game, so I can only offer 70k for the set.

Also, if anyone has a retro stereo, I'm looking for that as well.
