Didn't realize she was tier 5, so here's a give away for ya.
Sadly, she isn't very original besides her catchphrase and her house doesn't look original anymore.. lol
I can TT if you'd like, but I'm looking out for Gracie's fashion checks so I may or may not take a bit ^ ^.
Tips are welcomed if you'd like, things I'm interested in: Bells, TBT / BTB (Whatever you'd rather call it), Hydrangea Starts *Blue preferred*, Holly Starts, Lucky Clovers, and both types of Saplings.
But they are tips so I won't mind if you don't tip me!

All I ask for is that you have some room / is in a position for someone to move out and have some town etiquette~.
