Welcome to Cappuccino

After a long break from this game I've jumped back in with a fresh new island!
I won't be updating daily, but I'll keep a record of significant things happening.

Cappuccino will be an island with a simple atmosphere, relying more on the natural landscape and less on carefully crafted design codes, illusion builds and strict themed areas. I've gotten burned out with hyper-specific, cluttered island themes and want to focus on just.. having fun! Taking it day by day and instead of trying to design something for others to enjoy looking at, design something I actually enjoy playing.

I gave Mac and Hazel some gifts, without considering what the items really looked like.. I think they both pull it off though!

My simple campsite! It's still a wip, I want to put some chairs of some sort and a fishing box or rod over to the left by the river/waterfall.
Henry was the first camper and I'm super happy with it, I love him and feel he fits the vibes I'm going for perfectly.

Otherwise lots of progress has been made! (I have been time traveling but sssh) Benedict, Pinky and Cally moved in as the first three randoms, then came Rooney as another. I don't really like going villager hunting, it takes forever to get enough miles for tickets. So instead I just let the game auto-fill the plots and will move in my trusty amiibo villagers later. I also got the museum, tailors and the nook shop! I have a challenge where I plan on doing very little terraforming AND moving of buildings/bridges/inclines. Which means where I first put something down is where it will more than likely stay. It has taken a lot of counting, re-counting, path layouts and planning to line things up where I want it lol. I'm still debating on where I want to eventually move my house permanently too.. maybe one of the cliffs close to the ocean?
