Can't Transfer Bells

I don't know why but I can't transfer bells to hanami it says I don't have bells to give yet I do if someone or staff can help please do asap

How many bells are you trying to give him/her? You only have 68 so if you're trying to give more that might be the problem.

try giving half and see if it works-- then the other half

It says 69 bells but you probs only have 68.7 so it rounded up, just send 68

You need to keep one bell. It wont let you give them ALL away.

happens to me too. if you have bells in your abd, withdrawal all of it and try again. always works
