Can't remember how to summon villagers to Photopia

Recently had a new villager move in and am trying to get their poster, but I can't remember how to summon my islanders to Harv's. Anyone who can walk me through it? I had the same villagers for quite a while.

Go inside Harv's house and enter the furniture placement mode. There's a tab with a cat's face, navigate to that and voila, you can invite your villager from there.
