Can’t get fifth star?

I currently have a four star island and have had one for around a week. No matter what I do I can’t reach my goal of a 5 star island. I’ve done everything Isabelle had told me to do and still no luck. Wondering if anyone knows if I have missed something when attempting to get the last star. Many thanks

i struggled getting a fifth star but finally got it the other day.
just put down as much fencing, furniture, paths, trees and flowers as you can and make sure there's hardly any weeds and i think you also have to have a few bridges/inclines and some terraforming done

I was shocked when I got mine yesterday because I didn't want a cluttered island. During the evaluation she will tell you what the island needs. Not sure what she is telling you. For me I have lots of flowers, decent amount of trees but not so many there isn't an open feel, nine villagers. First when she said things it was more fencing needed so I added it by villagers house creating yards, put it behind the buildings such as nooks, ables and so on, that way bugs don't spawn where I can't see them, next she said it needed something about stuff that could be bought, added store bought items until she said scenery was good and lastly she said I needed more handcrafted stuff. I put nice areas on the beaches, campsite, yards of animals and benches behind buildings again to make it easier to see bugs and dig spots.
Edit forgot I also have 5 inclines and 7 bridges
