Can’t find Pascal?!

I’ve caught 5 scallops so far and I haven’t seen pascal once, then I time traveled to the next day to see if he’d come but he didn’t. My inventory was only full one of those times what do I do?!??

It's random when he shows up. He didn't show up until the third scallop for me. Just keep swimming

He will eventually come after catching a scallop. He always comes for me after one or two. I probably farmed him more than I could remember. He keeps giving me pearls though (have around 20 the last time I checked) and a few DiYs in between. The previous ones that you caught wouldn't matter so just sell them.

Not sure that's the case but just checking... He won't come if you have your gates open

I've seen him once, probably fished up at least 20 scallops. -w-; And no pearls for me. I guess I will do my best to be patient. In New Leaf you could only get one mermaid piece a day I suppose, if that.
