Can't find a Saddled Bichir?!?!

I've tried looking for what seems like hours. Does anyone know the correct way to find one?

It only shows up from 9pm to 4am. So it's a late night fish. Also, it has a 1% spawn rate. So if you ever see a huge shadow in a river past 9pm. It's probably a saddled bichir and that's your cue to go and catch it.

What months? It's august and 10pm, I'm also looking for a tarantula
