can't figure out if camper is moving in or not

This question is for my daughter. She asked a camper to move in, who then said, "Oh, how sweet! Thanks!" or something like that. She didn't say yes or no, and they didn't play a game for her to move in. She continued to talk to her and she would make comments like "I'll have to be careful when I pick out where to put my house" and "It's important for neighbors to get along." So, is she moving in or not?

That means she is moving in in the next 2-3 days

She'll be moving in! I've only had to play games with campers maybe 2 times and I've recruited a lot of them to move into my town through cycling. If you're lucky, sometimes they'll just agree to move in within the first few times you ask. :]
