I considered Marshal, but then he'll be the only male villager in my town, and I'm not a fan of his clothes and permanently angry expression, though I admit it's kinda cute xD
I was thinking Ankha, but I'm not a fan of her house exterior, and overall I'm just... not sure!
My current dreamies are: Lolly-Rosie-Bluebear-Sprinkle-Pinky-Flurry-Dotty-Chrissy-Francine

Those are villagers I'm considering:
-Peanut
-Skye
-Pekoe
-Diana
Skye! She's a normal/sweet wolf villager, making her pretty unique considering she's only one of two wolves in ACNL that doesn't have a cranky or snooty personality.
I'd go with Skye, I like the little cloud fluff on her head. You already have more peppy villagers than is holy, so I'd pass on Peanut, and I had Pekoe and thought she was super creepy. Diana has a cool design too, but I'd go with Skye. Also I don't know how you could stand not having any male villagers xD.
Skye is a great villager! She's a normal wolf villager and her house interior is beautiful. Diana is also a pretty deer, so if you want a snooty villager, go with her! Also if you decide to go with Pekoe, whenever she leaves my town, you can have her c:
Hmm.. You already have 6 peppy villagers in your dream list I believe, I was going to say Peanut but 7 peppy villagers is maybe a bit too much? Peanut is adorable, I like her! The one I dislike the most is Diana, but I think she fits in. You only have 1 other snooty. I'd say no to Pekoe, your villagers are all blue/pink. Pekoe only has a pink shirt, so if she changes that she would not fit in.
I 100% agree with you about Mint and Marshal, they used to be my dreamies until I found out their eyes are permanently like that lol. I just got Diana and love her so much! She goes perfect in every town, I definitely recommend her
