Candy shop restock?

Today I noticed the amount of candies bought claimed slightly. Does this mean the shop restocks? If so when cause I really want some candies

Yeah, the yellow and red are being restocked daily but at random times.

For reference I'm EST. Today it was afternoon maybe 2 hours agoish. One time I caught it restocked around 2am. Another time was 8pm. Seems random.

Edit: ah but it does seem to be around the beginning of the hour but I dunno for sure

I have noticed one in the early hours 1-2 am my time, and at lunch time, it really isn't a time zone you just have to check periodically

It is usually in late hours (for me at least,) generally around 7 p.m. to about 3 a.m.. (For a reference of my time zone, mine is Central Time.)

Like other people have mentioned before, it is restocked daily, so you should catch the restock at one point.
