Can Zucker Be a Random Move-in?

Hi hello yes this is my first post. So i was wondering, after getting your first five in a game, can zucker be one of the next move-ins? I don't have a lazy and he is a main dreamie so I am going to villager reset for him, but i don't want to find out he can't be gained that way after hours of resetting, so i thought i'd ask here.

I think all villagers can randomly plot, some are just more rare to plot than others randomly.
I'm not 100% sure on that but I do believe that's how it works.

Absolutely any of the villagers can be a random move in. ^^

Yep, Zucker can be a random move-in, just some can be harder to obtain than others because of the amount in their species. There's only 3 octopi villagers so it's a pretty hard chance that you'll get more than one or even any as a random move in but you can definitely have him move in randomly. I'm glad you got him though, congrats! I've purchased most of my villagers from here, and I haven't really bothered to try and plot reset for them. It's just too much effort and even more stressful when they won't go into the right spot.
