Can you use the Character method for this?

Can you use the method of creating a new character and only putting down their house when you are happy for the campsite? Does it work for the campsite? Just wondering if it worked for this as well. Thanks if you can answer my question!

If you're talking about when you use a new character to choose where your new villager's plot will be.. Then yes, you can do this for the campsite.. People talk a bit about "Campsite resetting" on these forums, and that's essentially what that is

Just do be aware it gets very boring after a while :L

If you are gonna do it, try and do it between the months of May and August, because that's when I personally have found the most campers.. And I am speaking from experience as I've TT'd through over 5 years day-by-day and plot resetted new villagers and that's when I've found the most campers popping up

Yes you can also do the reset trick for campers, but sometimes if you have less than 10 villagers the personality of the camper (or the one moving in) will be set. You can get different animals but with the same personality. And there isn't always a camper so often you'll find an empty camp site.
