Can you use PWPs to destroy rocks?

Can you place a PWP down in order to get rid of rocks?

Unfortunately, you can't.

Permanent rocks are permanent. Sucks right? Yes, I know.

sadly no you can't Isabelle will just tell you "sorry mayor it's too close to that rock please think of another place to set it" something along those lines. but yeah rocks, are permanent and can't be removed

Sadly there is no method to destroy permanent rocks.

there's apparently some trick with placing the campsite that can get rid of a rock (maybe only when there's a camper i think)
