Can you refurbish wallpapers and floors?

Is it possible to change the color of the wallpaper and floors at Re-Tail? I want to change the alpine set, but I dont know if I can change the wallpaper to match the furniture.

No, should have been an option though. Most of the wallpaper and flooring looks a bit off in my rooms because I had the sets refurbish. Such a bummer.

I'm pretty sure you can re-furb the playroom wall? I think wiifolderjosh did that one before but not sure...
