Can you buy everything back from the catalogus that you buy from the stores in your town?

Yes! Whatever you buy from Timmy & Tommy and other stores, you should be able to buy back with the shopping catalog in Timmy & Tommy's store! (i think... hehe i'm also pretty new)

Everything but Gracie items, tools, and the items Leif sells (other than the houseplants).

I'm pretty sure you can. I can't think of anything you can't rebuy that you get in the main Street stores, besides Gracie of course. I'm pretty sure tommy and timmy spotlight items are reorderable, like the number lamps and rococo items.

To be sure, you can always check an item in the catalog to see if it's reorderable, even though that's annoying.

The way to check is after the first Nookling store upgrade there is a catalog machine where you can check everything you've had in your pockets that isn't a tool, fruit, artwork, bug, fish, flower, bush, or tree. If there's a price next to the item name, you can order it from the catalog and it will show up by 5pm same day or 9am next morning

Hey, small question. If i catalog the lotus pond (like, somebody who has one drops it in my town, and i pick it up and drop it again, and they take it home- so its in my timmy and tommy catalog but i dont own it), will i be able to buy it from my catalog?

Yup, you can rebuy everything that you buying in stores beside the RV.

Most items you can. Some you can't like others have mentioned like Gracie Grace or fortune cookie items. You can check an unorderable list to see if the item in question can be bought again.
