Can You Make Another Account For TBT?

I was thinking of another account for trading TBT to my other account only and stuff but I don't know if it's not ok to do so.

That's actually why you shouldn't make another account. Creating a second account is forbidden, especially for abusing the TBT system, dodging a ban (especially permabans), and reducing negative reputation received.

also you get bells from posting right? So it wouldnt matter which account your on you'd still have to post to get bells.

No, it's against the rules. If you make another account it will be disabled and you'll receive a warning/infraction/temp ban.
