can you make a pro design for a sign?

Hi I have a question, I don't like the designs for my flag and sign, you can see the pixels, I'd like to make them pro designs so they look more detailed, but I don't seem to have that option when I stand in front of my sign and when I visit Able she only offers me pro designs for a shirt, a hat or a dress. There's got to be a way!!!

Okay just open your designs (from the page where you also have a map) and press on a pro design. Press redesign, save, and you're set!
