Sorry I'm like a new to the customization stuff and I know you can do that with the furniture but what about wallpaper/flooring?

Not the wallpaper and flooring that you buy. But you can put custom designs on the walls and floors.

Cyrus at retail only customizes certain furniture but not wallpaper/flooring

I haven't tried it but I think what people are saying is that you can create or use a QR code as wallpaper or flooring.
