Can you buy the items from the RV in someone else's town?

I am SO in love with Cinnamoroll's shoes but I don't think I will ever be able to buy the amiibo cards, so I was wondering: can I enter someone else's town when they have her RV in their Campsite and order the items there?

Yeah, instead of the items being priced at 3 MEOW coupons per piece you'll have to pay 5 MEOW coupons per piece. I guess they included shipping costs?
