Can you build more than one stone tablet?

I swore you could build more than one stone tablet as a pwp, but it isn’t coming up in my list when I sit at the mayor desk. I thought it was only Stonehenge and monument type stuff like that which you would only build one of, but maybe not? I don’t see anything about this on nookipedia though, so I thought I’d check here if anyone has more than one, and if there are any reasons why I might not be able to get it.
