can you breed jacobs ladders?

i have four of them, (i got them from a trade, i dont have a perfect town yet) but is it possible for them to multiply if watered together?

I believe so. I had some in a flower bed and after awhile, I noticed one or two extra ones there that I hadn't placed there.

No. They pop up in perfect towns on random. But if I may add they do increase the chances of other flowers breeding, but they won't produce another Jacob.

Oh. Hmm... That's interesting. Maybe it just popped up by the ones I had already planted? Each time I find one, they're usually in one of the few places that I've found them before.

if you have a perfect town, does anyone know how often a new jacobs ladder will spawn?

I think it's just random, I probably get about 1 a week on average. Also they only grow on the edge of cliffs if that helps.
