Can villagers where gracie clothes?

I've sent Portia like 5 groovy shirts but she's not wearing any of them. This is how I found out they can't wear dresses soo can they wear gracie grace clothes?

Some villagers wear Gracie clothes when they came as new (Moved in your town without someone else/void) So duh yeah.

I don't see why they wouldn't? Portia's favorite style is modern so try sending her something like a Cool shirt or Gracie shirt?

Villagers are more likely to wear something that's in their favorite style.

In my town Merengue is wearing pink tank and Julian wore cyan argyle shirt from Gracie b4, so yes.. If it's a shirt/tee/tank, they'll wear them. Try sending 2 at a time. Seems to work better than sending 3-5 at a time for some reason.. At least for me XD

I would think so! Zucker's default clothing is the flan shirt

I sent Pashmina the Gracie shirt and she wore it for months. So, yes, villagers can definitely wear Gracie clothes.

Same problem with Lopez. That deer changed his original Gracie clothes and I already sent him twice that damn shirt for him to wear again, but instead he's always using some random ugly shirt. Lopez kills me.
Also Wolfgang changed his original Gracie clothes too, why they do this with muh heart?
