Buying Can someone please crop and/or resize this photo?

Like my title says, I would like for someone to crop and/or resize a drawing someone made of my mayor to 100 x 100 pixels so I can use it as my avatar. I personally can't do it so I'm hiring someone to do so. I'll pay 20BTB only after I approved that I liked it. Here is the picture in question.

I tried but because I didn't want to distort the proportions, it's much smaller than 100x100. If you wanted 100x100 exactly, the pic would be very wide and awkward, due to the fact that the original is so tall.

Sorry if this isn't what you were looking for. I tried, haha. xD

Thanks for trying BTW when I meant crop it, I mean you could have cut of some of the skirt and empty white space like this but smaller (btw I cropped that picture with an app on my phone then uploaded it to Pinterest if you're curious )

I want to test the first image you posted but every time I tried to apply it it says invalid file. Can you PM a way for me to use that picture so I can see if would work? To clarify I meant this one:
