I tried making it myself, but I'm no good at it and it just turned out to be a mess... So can someone please help me and make the design?

Here you go! There is a lot going on with her outfit, but I did the best I could. I paired it with the royal shorts, brown-stripe tights, monochrome shoes, and heart hairpin. I hope this helps!
