Can someone just help me quick please?

Hey!
Looking for someone to help me out. Earlier today I tried to do a villager giveaway but for some reason I cannot get them to visit my town. It just keeps throwing up error codes. I've had a tweak with my setting and just wondered if someone could try visiting me? My FC is 4742-5937-0969 now off to open my gates!

Ohh, well if you havent already you should take a look at this:

and maybe have a little poke around on google. Hope you fix it, and sorry i can't be of much help.
