Giveaway Can someone hold Octavian for me?

I'm looking for someone, preferably a cycler, to hold Octavian for me. I would like to transfer him from my main town to my second town, so I can make room for my last dreamie.

I currently have space in my second town, so I can take him off of your hands as soon as he pings!

He changed his shirt, the last time I was in his house he had a spa chair in the back corner (which I bought), the rest of the items were the space themed ones though. not sure about his catchphrase. I'll try to get you a pic of his house though before you make any decisions
