Can someone hold a villager for me? [details inside!]

I'm restarting but I'd really like someone to hold Francine for me in exchange for a million bells.

You adopt you her, she stays in your town for a bit and then I'll pay you the million bells when I pick her up after she pings you.

I need this asap, though, in the next ten to fifteen minutes.

There's a 100k down payment that I can pay, too
