Yesterday, I adopted one of my dreamies, Rosie, from Farobi. My town's population was at 9, and with a max of 10, I was relieved. She even said that she was going to move to my town when I talked to her. However, I'd actually invited someone from the campsite to come to my town, too, which I forgot about, and today, his house was being built. Another villager said they were moving out on the 18th, to which I said. yes.
Will Rosie move in after another villager leaves, or have I lost her?
